About Harold L. Wallin
Harold L. Wallin is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Washington University School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1994 and is a member of the Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.
He has been honored with the elite designations “Super Lawyer” by Thomson-Reuters and “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell.
The attorney rating website AVVO has rated him a “10 out of 10 – Superb.”
Since 2015 Harold Wallin has been chosen one of Chicago’s Top Three DUI Lawyers by the ratings website ThreeBestRated.com.
Since 2014, Mr. Wallin has been honored by The National Trial Lawyers as one of “Illinois’s Top 100 Criminal Trial Lawyers.”
Mr. Wallin currently serves as a Commissioner on the Lake County (IL) Ethics Commission.
Mr. Wallin is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Lawyer & Substance Abuse Counselor Association and the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He currently serves as Chair of the Hearing Division of the Chicago Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee. He also serves as an arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration program.
Mr. Wallin has significant trial experience, in both criminal and civil matters. In addition, he regularly represents revoked drivers at license reinstatement hearings at the Illinois Secretary of State. Mr. Wallin represents clients in Cook, DuPage, Kane and Lake Counties.
