Wallin’s November victories

In November, one of Mr. Wallin’s clients had his Oak Park DUI dropped after a Cook County Judge suppressed from evidence the results of his breath test (0.11).  Mr. Wallin had previously obtained rescission of his license suspension.  Another client was found not guilty of DUI after a trial at Chicago’s Daley Center.  This was the client’s second DUI, and he would have faced a minimum 5 year license revocation.  The arrest came after an alleged hit and run crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway.  Like the first client, Mr. Wallin had also obtained a rescission of this Chicago client’s suspension at an earlier court date.  Also, during the month, Mr. Wallin obtained the rescission of a third client’s suspension, based on a violation of the client’s due process rights.
