Wallin’s February and March Victories

In the past two months, Mr. Wallin reports the following victories for his clients: 1) A client who was facing license revocation for a second DUI was found not guilty by a judge in Bridgeview after a bench trial. The client had been stopped by Illinois State Police after he was spotted speeding on the tristate. He performed field sobriety tests, but did not submit to a breath test. Earlier, Mr. Wallin had obtained rescission of his license suspension. 2) A client who was arrested by State Police for driving without headlights was found not guilty by a judge in Skokie after a bench trial. Like the other client, she had performed field sobriety tests, but refused to submit to a breath test. Mr. Wallin had previously obtained rescission of her suspension. 3, 4 and 5) Three other clients, with cases in Chicago and Bridgeview, had their license suspensions rescinded. 6, 7 and 8) Three clients received driving relief from the Secretary of State after having been revoked because of DUI convictions.
