Our June victories

This month, two DUI cases went to trial, and both clients were found not guilty.  One involved a woman who was stopped by Chicago Police as she was parking near her apartment and the other involved a man stopped on the Kennedy Expressway by State Police.  A third client had his DUI case dismissed by prosecutors after a Maywood judge had granted a Motion to Suppress, finding that the traffic stop had been made without sufficient justification.   In addition, two other clients had their statutory summary suspensions rescinded, one in Bridgeview and the other in Chicago.  Also, two clients received great news from the Secretary of State:  one received a Restricted Driving Permit, and the other obtained “clearance” to apply for a license in her new home state.
