Wallin’s July victories
In July, Mr. Wallin obtained dismissals for two clients who were arrested by Chicago Police – one after a bench trial, and the other after a judge found that the traffic stop was illegal. A third client, who had a case in DuPage County, had DUI reduced to reckless driving. Also, a client who had been arrested in Rolling Meadows had her statutory summary suspension rescinded. In addition, another client received an order granting a Restricted Driving Permit after a hearing held before the Secretary of State.
