Wallin’s October Victories
October was a good month. Five clients had their DUI-based statutory summary suspensions rescinded. A Motion to Suppress Evidence was granted, suppressing all evidence obtained after an illegal DUI arrest. Another client had his DUI case dismissed. In addition, two clients had their Petitions for a Restricted Driving Permit (RDP) granted by the Secretary of State, putting them on the path to full reinstatement next year.
